Usually we set up 1 person perform the cleaning but it varies depending of many factors like size, condition of the house, special requests, etc.

Yes, we always try to send the same team that knows your priorities and needs thus we offer a personalized service based on your requirements.

We love pets. Just let us know when booking or leave a note to your crew if there is anything special you would like us to do or know about.

Please leave a key for us to get in or provide your garage lock-box code and we’ll handle it from there. Some of our clients leave their key under a mat, in the mailbox, at a front¬ desk, or somewhere else out of sight.

Regardless of how careful we are, accidents do happen. If something gets damaged, please notify us via email within 24 hours of your service appointment. So that the team can check about the damage.

We understand things happen; therefore, we won’t charge if you cancel your regularly scheduled cleaning service at last minute (less than 48 hours). However, we will charge cancellation fee if it occurs too frequent.

Showing your crew gratitude for a well done job is encouraged and most certainly appreciated, but not required. Please be assured you will receive the same level of service each visit whether you choose to tip or not.
